How to book an appointment
You can ring the helpline on 0800 33 4 55 00 to receive telephone support.
If the telephone line is busy, you can leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
When you ring for the first time we will take your contact details and arrange for one of our support workers to call you and talk about your needs. We call this our ‘initial assessment’. During this telephone appointment you can talk about and decide if you want to receive face to face or telephone support, or help with practical or legal issues (advocacy). You may decide on both.
Once you’ve completed the initial assessment process we’ll book you in to see one of our support workers.
